A young man attacks a woman walking on a street in west London at noon, recording a security camera.
In the shocking video published by the Daily Mail , the man seems to be following the woman closely and, as soon as he gets close enough to her, he takes out his cell phone in order to videotape the moment when he sexually harasses her, touching her buttocks.
