Islamic State has claimed responsibility for a rocket attack on a power plant in Iraq through the Nasheer news service.
The Iraqi Ministry of Electricity reported earlier via Facebook that the Salahuddin power plant in Samara had been attacked by Katyusha rockets, causing extensive damage to its facilities.
