Unimaginable tragedy in the Italian city of Ardea, when a man started shooting in the street killing two sisters and an elderly man.
According to the first information, the 34-year-old perpetrator is a resident of the area and had previously had a fight with the elderly man. The brothers who were killed by his bullets were three and eight years old.
The perpetrator managed to escape and ransacked his house, which was surrounded by police forces. A little while later he committed suicide.
The inhabitants and the mayor of the suburb of Rome, consider that this is a pre-announced tragedy. According to the locals, but also the relatives of the victims, the perpetrator was suffering from psychological problems, it was known that he was carrying a weapon and had threatened, with his revolver, many residents.
Some even reported that he was an extremely dangerous person but there was no proper response.
According to the mayor of the city, Mariano Savareze, the killer was related to the three victims. The two young children were killed while playing outside their backyard. Efforts to provide first aid by helicopter proved futile. The old man was killed while riding his bicycle.
