twin-engine L-140 plane made an emergency landing in Kemerovo Oblast in southwestern Siberia, Russia Today TV reported.
The television added that the plane was carrying 20 people in total.
The agency “TASS” quoted the Aviation Center for Search and Rescue in Siberia that the ill-fated plane was carrying parachute jumpers, pointing out that the accident occurred after the plane took off from Tanay Airport, near the administrative border with Novosibirsk province.
