Kawira Boldly Sends ‘Tough’ Message To Kiraitu; Kenyans React

Must read

Hon. Bishop Kawira Mwangaza has said that she has returned from the sacred mountain, where she sought divine intervention.

She said that she is not afraid of Kiraitu and that no one will stop her from assisting the Meru child.

She warned Meru Governor Kiraitu Murungi, who called himself the Crocodile (King’ang’i), that he should expect to be humiliated in the August 9, 2022 general elections because she will badly beat him.

“You’ve all seen the new tactics Kiraitu Murungi has begun to employ. Leaving aside the insults in his book, he has always wanted bad things to happen to me,” said Kawira.

She said that her victory in the 2017 general elections was a result of a God-given miracle. Kiraitu, she claimed, did not stop when he attacked her in her home.

“He filed lawsuits against me that are still pending in court. In his book, the same Kiraitu Murungi referred to me as a dog. The same Kiraitu bribed Meru MCAs to table a motion on the County Assembly to shut down Baite Tv. God, on the other hand, came through for me “Kawira said..

Kiraitu, according to Kawira, tried to prove that she was tired and incapable of doing her job in every way possible. She said that her true living God, who gave her the leadership, would fight for her.

“I was barred from distributing school uniforms to needy pupils when I visited Kirogine Primanry School in South Imenti, which is just a few meters from Kiraitu Murungi’s residence. We contacted the headteacher prior to arriving at the school, and she warmly welcomed us in to distribute school uniforms to over 300 students,” Kawira said.

Kawira said that after giving out uniforms to three students, the headteacher received a call from South Imenti ACC ordering that the exercise be halted.

“I was informed that I would be arrested if I did not leave the school premises. I respected the orders and returned with the uniforms,” she said.

“When I left the school grounds, I made a statement and said that Kiraitu will be sent home and will never be on the ballot again because of using the government to prevent the people of Meru County getting support, preventing the Meru child from receiving uniforms, a child who is shaking because of the cold weather and yet the sweaters are available,” Kawira said.

“There is no way Kiraitu can make a phone call and prevent a poor God’s child, an orphan, a child without relatives from receiving a pair of school uniforms in this cold weather and forcing me to return with the uniforms,” Kawira said.

According to Kawira, Kiraitu Murungi nicknamed himself the crocodile (King’ang’i).

“ I’m not afraid of her; let her come.” Tell her that the crocodile (‘King’ang’i) is still in the water if you see her. I’ll be waiting for her, and she should try to put her foot in the water to see if it’s still there,” Kiraitu told journalists.

Kawira informed Kiraitu that she would remain in the gubernatorial race until the general elections on August 9, 2022, and that she would emerge victorious.
