Residents of Kioro Kangeta in Igembe Sub County told BaiteTv that monkeys have wreaked havoc on their farms. They claimed the Monkeys had been feeding on maize and potatoes in their fields.
The residents filed a complaint with Kenya Wildlife Services (KWS), the chief, and MP Kiringo. The KWS responded by camping in their farms, but they were unable to capture any monkeys.
