Kabobo Viciously Gives Kiagu Aspirants Strong Advice

Must read

Chama Cha Kazi Kiagu Ward candidate Milton Mwenda has revealed the most important information and advice to his competitors, he told them that they need to avoid fighting each other for political reasons and work together to ensure peaceful elections in the upcoming Kiagu-Ward mini poll.

This is after the IEBC’s decision to disqualify Chama Cha Kazi candidate Milton Mwenda from running in the Kiagu ward by-election in Meru County was overturned by the High Court.

Kabobo expressed gratitude to the residents of Kiagu for sticking by him since he was sued in court after announcing his candidacy.

“When I faced numerous challenges. On the day of the ruling, the people of Kiagu did not do their work and instead waited for the ruling to announce that Milton Mwenda Kabobo should be on the ballot. The High Court ruled that the IEBC committee violated my rights,” he said

He said that politicians in Kiagu must recognize that they must all protect Kiagu and conduct politics properly.

The IEBC had disqualified the Chama Cha Kazi candidate for Kiagu By-Election Milton Mwenda Kabobo following a petition by the South Imenti UDA Coordinator Salesio Mutuma Thuranira.

According to Kabobo’s manager, the scheme was planned to ensure that people who do not share William Ruto’s interests do not become his friends in 2022.

“If you look at the date he resigned, you’ll realize that UDA leaders didn’t want us on the ballot. We know Mithika wants a seat in Meru County with a larger office, and M.p Kirima wants to represent Kiagu’s four wards,’ he said.

He said that if Salesio was paid to do what he did, he should pack his belongings and return to his wife to discuss the issues but not in Kiagu.

“Salesio should reconsider his actions because they will come back to haunt him later. He should realize that he is destroying the UDA party’s image and wants us to despise Ruto. Kiagu residents will support Ruto but despise the man who is fighting our child, Milton Mwenda Kabobo. In 2022, they will vote for Ruto,” he said.

He said that Ruto should instruct UDA officials to speak only about issues that will benefit people. He called for a be free and fair election.

According to Kabobo’s supporter, UDA officials should not tell people to vote for a specific candidate because of their affiliation with the party.

“We should be allowed to vote for the candidate of our choice,” she said.

She said that Kiagu residents would vote for Ruto, but would not be forced to vote for someone they did not wish to vote for as MCA in Kaigu.
