While delivering a cheque for Ksh 100,000 to the Wendo women’s group, Bishop Hon. Kawira Mwangaza informed them that the money was non-refundable and that it was not a loan.
Bishop Hon. Kawira Mwangaza stated that she had planted a seed in the community and asked the people to bless and pray for her.
She informed the chairlady of the Wendo women’s group that the money would have no return, such as remitting a small amount to her office, miscellaneous costs, or proposal charges.
The Meru county women representative went on to say that she prefers to be prayed for rather than thanked. She concluded her speech by expressing her affection for the people of Meru county.
