Tragic accident in Spain, with a 14-year-old losing his life while celebrating the Atletico Madrid championship
The young man, an Atletico fan, hit his head severely, APE reports, on a wall while hanging out of the window of a moving van in the center of Madrid.
The boy suffered a heart attack and despite the efforts of doctors to bring him back to life, his death was announced one hour after the accident that occurred at 21:20 local time on Saturday night, said a source in the emergency services of Madrid.
The 14-year-old was in the vehicle with his family and friends when the accident happened.
Madrid Municipal Police are investigating the tragic incident.
