One night an old man (Indian) of the Cherokee tribe, spoke to his grandson about the battle that is taking place in the souls of the people.
He said: “My son, the battle is between two ‘wolves’ that exist in all of us” One is Evil. – It is anger, jealousy, sadness, frustration, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, insult, inferiority, lies, vanity, arrogance, and ego.
“The other is the Good. – It is joy, peace, love, hope, calm, humility, kindness, charity, compassion, generosity, truth, compassion and faith in God.”
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: “Which wolf wins?”
The old Indian Cherokee simply answered ….”The one you feed.”
