A car crashed into a crowd in Minneapolis, killing one person and injuring at least two others, according to the official report of the State Authorities.
The vehicle fell on protesters who had gathered on Lake Street, police said. He noted, however, that the suspect has been arrested and is being held.
“A woman was pronounced dead at the hospital. “Others were injured, but their lives are not in danger,” police said on Twitter. According to the same source, three protesters were taken to hospital and the woman, who was in critical condition, ended up.
However, the motive of the perpetrator, who has been arrested, remains unknown, according to American media.
