What else will they think? Beds that prevent sex Made to withstand “sudden movement”

Must read

In Tokyo, athletes have sex-restricted beds and their lives in the Olympic Village are severely limited.
Beds in the Tokyo Olympic Village are made of recyclable, durable cardboard.

Athletes will sleep on beds made of recycled cardboard, while the mattresses will be made of polyethylene materials that will be recycled for plastic products after the Games.

“The organizing committee came up with recyclable items and the bed was one of the ideas,” said Kitagima, CEO of the Olympic Village.

The Japanese Olympic Organizing Committee said: “This allows athletes to have a better rest. The beds in every room are against sexual behavior and can not bear the weight of two people.

According to the International Olympic Committee, the beds can not withstand “sudden movement” and are “unsuitable for sex” that can only support the weight of one person.

“They are more solid than wooden beds and can withstand a weight of up to 200 kg. “When you lie in bed, it can withstand the weight, but of course the cardboard, like a stick, breaks if it bounces on it,” the head of the Olympic village assures, according to the AP.
