A baby living in the city of Dukok, Iraq, is the first in the world to be born with three penises!
According to the Mirror, the little boy was three months old when his parents discovered a swelling in the scrotum and two “protrusions” in his skin. The doctors were surprised to find that these protrusions were actually two penises, 1 and 2 cm long.
This is an extremely rare case called triphallia.

According to the medical journal “International Journal of Surgery Case Reports”, which describes in detail the unprecedented incident, the two extra penises were not functional and this facilitated the work of the doctors, during the surgery.
“As far as we know, this is the first case reported to the world,” said Dr. Shakir Saleem Jabali, author of the report.
The first time such a case was diagnosed was 400 years ago, when a baby was born with two penises. Since then, about 100 cases have been reported.
