A car crash that involved two vehicles took place on Maua Highway in Kalele-Tigania on May 24. No injuries were been reported.
Pastor Gitonga stated that he was driving from Kianjai when he heard a loud bang. The car that hit him was being driven from Ngundu. He thanked God as no one had been injured.
“We are on good terms with the driver of the other car that crashed into mine, damaging the front wheel on the right. Despite being hit and injured, I have decided not to seek revenge and not anticipate receiving any kind of compensation,” he said.
One of the passengers was grateful to God for keeping them alive. She called it luck because surviving such a crash was nothing short of a miracle.
The cars were towed away by a breakdown vehicle that arrived at the scene. One of the cars was a Probox model.
