Another Big Secret Revealed: Hon. Kawira Mwangaza’s New Approach

Must read

Meru County MP Hon. Bishop Kawira Mwangaza has said that God provided a breakthrough after she prayed.

While delivering a 10,000-litre water storage tank to the Ngano – Ngarendare community, Hon. Kawira said that after 2022, no child in Meru County will be unable to pay school fees.

“Meru County government claims to spend Ksh 150 million per year on bursaries. They claim that the funds are being used to educate the poor children in Meru County,” said Kawira.

“However, while visiting various communities in Meru County, I am handed over children who have been sent home due to a lack of school fees.

“My goal is not just for the 2022 elections because before I was elected, I used to build houses for the people and educate children who couldn’t afford school fees, among other projects.”

“The work I do is not motivated by politics, but by a calling that God has placed in me.”

“Before I came here today, I was told that they were aware that I had gone to hold a meeting and that I would be arrested because they do not want me to meet with God’s people.”

“And I’ve decided that because I went to the sacred mountain to pray, I’m telling them to come and arrest me as soon as possible if they’re capable and have the energy.”

“They do not want to see me visiting any community or school to provide assistance.”

“You’ve all seen the ACC South Imenti being used for political gain recently where he claimed that if he had caught me distributing uniforms at Kirogine primary school, he would have arrested me.

“The claims proved true because, as soon as I left the in my car after being barred from distributing uniforms, I was informed that two police vehicles full of police officers arrived at the school.

“I’d like to make one request of the people of Meru: please join me in a lot of prayers.

“I’m not sure why they’re bitter with me because, of the six elected leaders, my office receives the least amount of money.

“When compared to a women representative’s office, an MCA’s office receives more money. Every year, my office receives less than Ksh 1 million in a single ward.

“The Ksh 1 million budget, which averages Ksh 800,000 per year, includes funds for community groups, bursaries, water storage tanks, lockers, uniforms, and vehicle fuel, among other things.

“The MCA’s office receives Ksh 20 million per year, while the MP’s office receives Ksh 30 million. Since the beginning, I have been fought after repeatedly stating that the Governor should account for development totaling Ksh 250M in a single ward per year.

“After four years, a Governor should account for Ksh 1 billion in development in a single ward.

“Other politicians are envious when they see how far ahead my office is in terms of development projects.

“They do not want me to distribute even the smallest national government development project, such as a water storage tank.

“Their wish is to see the beneficiaries arrange for a mode of transportation, such as a lorry, to transport the water storage tank from Meru Town.

“There is a lorry that has delivered more than 200 water storage tanks and does not belong to the government.

“The lorry belongs to my family and the church, and we hired a driver and fuel it. The government does not also hire the lorry to deliver water storage tanks.

“We will divert the lorry from other projects so that it can deliver tents, lockers, and other donations throughout Meru County.

“However, even after four years of going without rest, there is an old man who is still jealous, an old man who does not want good things for us, and all he does is request my arrest through the government.

“When they track my phone and see that I’m on my way to Ngarendare, they set up roadblocks on my way back.

“Most of the time, the lorry is stopped while transporting water storage tanks, tanks that are not intended for commercial use, and you’ve probably seen it on TV.

“Today, I’m still asking you to pray for me. The same Meru County residents who elected me in 2017 reached out to me and said that if I was capable of managing Ksh 1 to look like Ksh 1M, they wanted to relocate me to a larger office so that I could attend to the Meru child, and I accepted,” Kawira said.

Hon. Kawira said that If she can budget for the small money her office receives to buy food, educate the Meru child, and buy fuel for the vehicle that delivers water storage tanks, she would be able to take on more projects if God opens doors for a larger amount when she is elected Governor.
