Isiolo Chief Magistrate Samuel Mungai presided over the Court Martial that sentenced Andrew Muoki Mutua to prison after finding him guilty on three counts of fraud during the 2019 recruitment.

Muoki, who was a Sergeant before being dismissed from the KDF for the offenses, was found guilty on the first count of obtaining Ksh 300,000 from Edwin Kinyua Muriithi and his father Muriithi Kinyua.
