An Engineer was injured when he fell from the fourth floor of an under-construction building in Meru town.
One of the workers told Baite Tv that the victim, identified as Jeremiah, sustained injuries and was rushed to Meru Level 5 hospital.

According to the worker, Jeremiah went to work at the construction site of a four-story concrete building and was observed walking towards an edge where he slipped and fell to the bottom.
According to eyewitnesses, they saw Jeremiah lying motionless on the surface of the ground in a pool of blood and injuries to his head.
Earlier, residents of Mer town staged a protest alleging that the developer of a building compromised the quality of the construction by using substandard materials.
They witnessed plaster falling, ceilings and terraces collapsing and pillars developing large cracks on the building.
