No one was injured during the incident and the flight continued its journey to Nashville.
A flight of Delta Airline, was performing route from Los Angeles to Nashville, made an emergency landing in Albuquerque of the State of New Mexico last Friday, because a passenger tried to storm the cockpit of an airplane .
The Delta flight landed at 14:20 local time at Albuquerque International Airport, where authorities removed the passenger from the plane and arrested him, an airport spokesman said.
The FBI of the city stressed in a tweet that it is responding to an incident and assured that “there is no threat to the public at the moment”.
No one was injured during the incident and the flight continued its journey to Nashville, the airport spokesman added.
Delta and FBI officials were not immediately available for comment.
