How to register and gain access to services on Ardhisasa?

Ardhisasa is a national land information management system developed for Kenyans by Kenyans by the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning in collaboration with the National Lands Commission, County Governments, and other stakeholders. This platform enables ordinary mwananchi to gain access to credible, dependable, and cost-effective land and land-based services.

How do I sign up for Ardhisasa?

To gain access to services on this platform, you must first register. Click on the “Register” icon to be prompted to register as an individual or a company. The prerequisites are as follows:

Registration on an individual basis

  • Particulars of identification (serial number of your current ID, ID number)
  • Official mobile phone number (registered using your ID number)
  • E-mail address for personal use
  • Create a strong password.

Company registration

  • Registration number for a company
  • Official company cell phone number (registered with a director’s ID number)
  • e-mail address for the company
  • Create a strong password.

After registering, how do I log in and navigate Ardhisasa?

After successfully registering, you will be redirected to a login page where you must:

  • Enter your ID or registration number here.
  • Please enter your password.
  • When you click the ‘Continue’ button, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your official phone number.
  • Enter the OTP into the provided field and click login.

What features will be available on the dashboard?

The notification bell displays all unread notifications that have been sent.

Profile icon: displays the name of the person or company logged in, as well as any additional professional accounts added following an upgrade;

My Properties: This link contains two other links, which are as follows:

  • The enumeration link displays properties owned by the user who has logged into the system.
  • My properties link: displays properties that a user owns.

Appointments: allows a user to schedule appointments with Ministry officers.

Notifications: Displays all notifications that have been sent. The notifications are organized based on their status, which includes unread, read, and all notifications.

Individual User Account: allows a user to upload a profile picture, change their password, and upgrade their account.

Professional User Account: An individual user account can be upgraded to a professional user account. These accounts are used by a variety of professionals to carry out their duties.

NLC services: provides access to the national land commission’s services. These services are classified according to the directorates that provide them.

MoLPP services: provides access to the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning’s services. These services are classified according to the departments that provide them.

How do I get to a service that I require on Ardhisasa?

To access a service on this platform, the user must first navigate to the service tab that provides it, which is either the National Land Commission or the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning.

The applicant can find a service of interest by using the options provided. Each application includes additional FAQs for additional assistance.

On Ardhisasa, how are payments made?

All payments are made through Ardhisasa. You do not need to log out in order to make payments to the bank or the Ministry.
