Huge Blow To Raila As Over 200 Grassroots Leaders Endorse Ruto

Must read

William Ruto today openly welcomed more than 200 grass root leaders and sitting members of parliament at his Karen home.

Ruto met grassroots leaders from Narok South led by area MP Korei Lemein at the Karen Residence, Nairobi County. Also in the session were MPs @SoipanTuya, Gabriel Tongoyo, @olesankok, Mary Senata, Ltumbesi Lelegwe, @kimaningunjiri, Owen Baya, & former Samburu West MP Jonathan Lelelit.

From the exchange and speeches made today, those present insisted that it was time for a hustler to take over the nation and drive it to the next font.

They overwhelmingly agreed to endorse a UDA candidate in the next general election slated for August 2022.

In his speech, Ruto thanked them for believing in him and assured them that he will not let them down once he takes over from Uhuru Kenyatta.

He said that his mind is focused on the bigger picture which is to improve the livelihoods of Kenyans across the nation.

“Leaders must renew their commitment to build and sustain peace in Kenya. At the heart of this cause, they must propagate for good governance, equal access to opportunities for all and the well-being of the ordinary people,” Ruto said.

He said the fusion of peace-building into our economy will in the long-run transform our country, and uplift those at the bottom of the wealth pyramid.
