Kawira Mwangaza left Meru residents in tears after sharing this about her county

Meru County MP Hon. Bishop Kawira Mwangaza has urged residents to run away from Kiraitu Murungi’s DEP (bus) party as quickly as possible whenever they see it.

Speaking in Central Imenti at Karama, Tigania and Kiija where she donated 10,000-liter water tanks, bursaries to the needy students, giant umbrellas, gumboots, capital for small scale businesses, clothes and T-shirts to needy residents, Kawira said that Kiraitu Murungi’s DEP (bus) party wheels were purchased with funds set aside for the Covid-19 pandemic.

She said that the money set aside for road repairs was used to pay for the paintwork and the purchase of doors, the funds allocated for the purchase of medicines in hospitals were used to install a carrier on its roof and the engine was purchased with money intended for people with disabilities.

According to Kawira, the seats were purchased with funds designated for youth and the elderly. She said that the bus was not assembled by Kiraitu Murungi’s sweat, but by someone forced to do so and by a child who had not been educated.

Kawira said that the steering was purchased after cancer patients in Meru County were denied proper healthcare and were forced to travel to Nairobi for dialysis.

“People in Meru County died of cancer in his second year in office, and boda boda operators suffered losses after their motorcycles were repossessed by creditors due to their inability to repay loans due to poor road networks. The bus party is the only thing Kiraitu has given us in his final year,” she said.

According to Kawira, Kiraitu has placed the bus party on the road and he plans to listen to Kawira Mwangaza’s political party plans. She said that when he discovers that Kawira Mwangaza is planning to join a particular political party, he will drive the bus into it.

“I’ve told him that I’m very attentive and that I’ve been keeping a close eye on him. I will send him home on August 9, 2022, because he has lied to us for a long time. We’ve known him for a long time, and he believes we’re always thinking backward. He was given five years and has done nothing,” said Kawira.

“Kawira Mwangaza will be elected governor by the people of Meru County and God will stamp his authority on it. I said that because I will be taking the seat on August 9, 2022, no child in Meru County will attend school in ripped-up uniforms or without shoes because there will be sufficient funds,” she said.

“There will be no child who goes to school hungry because their parents will not be asked for money to buy a bag of maize because the government has money. When I become governor, I will ensure that proper food is prepared in schools and that children are well-fed,” she said.

According to Kawira, when she becomes governor, no community group with a water project will contact her to raise funds to purchase water pipes and tanks because the county government has sufficient funds.

She said that when she becomes governor, Meru County residents will not have to worry about their cars getting stuck in the mud because the county government will have enough funds to build roads.

“Kawira Mwangaza will ensure that each sub-county in Meru County has a good road network. Some people chastised me for donating gumboots to schoolchildren. I’d like to inform them that, due to our villages’ poor road network, children walking to school risk being harmed by rocks and thorns,” she said.

“I’d like to inform Kiraitu and his team that if he had ensured a good road network in the villages for the past five years, I would have purchased one-of-a-kind shoes for our grandmothers and they would be walking like newly born calves on our roads,” she said.

“However, the gumboots are still necessary at this time, and I will continue to distribute them to children and residents. Many people have inquired about my plans for political parties. I’d like to let Kiraitu know that the Kawira Mwangaza he knew in 2017 is no longer the same,” she said.

Kawira said that she has evolved because she did not know Nairobi in 2017, but she does now.

“Kiraitu will have no idea what will happen in Meru County if we give him another five years. This time, the people of Meru County have declared that Kiraitu will be replaced by a woman. I told him that the woman who will unseat him has provided school uniforms for over 6000 children, delivered water tanks to communities, and educated orphans and widows’ children,” she said.

“The woman was able to care for the children in schools and bring a prize to Meru County residents for ranking first in best-performing women representatives. Meru County residents have declared that Kiraitu Murungi will be ousted in the early morning hours of August 9, 2022,” she said

Kawira said she decided to give Kiraitu some space and watch what he does with his bus party. She said that If he drove it north, she would drive south, and if he drove it east, she would drive west.

“I’d like to assure him that on August 9, 2022, his defeat will be remembered as the most talked about. Let alone the recent book he launched in which he referred to me as a dog and a bishop of the poor,” she said.

“The book was full of insults directed at me, but the book about his defeat, which will be published on August 9, 2022, will be read in Africa and parts of Europe. The child from a different mother should also be given the opportunity to lead,” she said.

Kawira said that Kiraitu was an elderly man who deserved to retire in peace and rest. She said Meru County had changed, and no more backward politics of electing dynasties would be tolerated.
