Residents of Antuambui-Igembe have accused MCA Jackson Gitonga of ignoring complaints of some landowners when expanding the Kiirama-Kaelo road.
The owners claim that the law requires owners on both sides of the road to share the total reduction measurement required in the event of expansion.
However, the MCA directed the contractor to expand on one side of the road, destroying a significant amount of property.
