You said you would build dams in the following rivers; Ura ; Ura dam had been initiated in Munya’s tenure, you said you would build dam in Mutonga, you said would build a dam in Iraru; I can see Hon Kathuri Murungi working on the construction works, you said you would build a dam in Kithenu which is in South Imenti, you said you would build a dam in Thingitho which is in South Imenti, you said you would build a dam in Thangatha. Construction of Thangatha dam had already began before you came. Also, construction of Kieni Kia Njuri in Buuri dam had began in Rugusu river.
Where are these dams? You haven’t built them despite being given Ksh 43 billion, which is more than double the amount Munya was given in his four years as governor. Where are the Mutonga, Iraru, Kithenu, Thingitho, Kathita, Mariara, and Thangatha dams?
Do you believe you’re speaking the truth? You stated that you will provide Ksh 100 million per ward per year. I’m wondering if any of the BaiteTv viewers in their homes have ever received Ksh 100 million?
Even after you changed and said it would be Ksh 20 million, has it reached the people in their wards? Why is this not the case? It’s because you cheated and told lies. That is yet another lie. Concerning agriculture, Despite the availability of machines, you stated on page 16 of your manifesto that you would establish a banana factory for the banana market. The banana market was started by Munyain Ntharene.
Have the machines began working? The answer is no. That’s a lie and you are a lier. You said that you would establish a potato factory. Have you brought any governor? The answer is no, you are a lier. The one that was located in Kisima that was initiated by the minister of Trade, through the department of a person who had resigned, who was the head of Meru microfinance, Henry Mwenda Rithaa from Muramene in Igoji-East, in the department of micro and small enterpr ise authority.
In Kisima, the micro and small enterprise authority is constructing a potato cold room for us. Kiraitu, you stated that you intend to expand and intensify dairy farming. You have done nothing, Kiraitu. Milk prices actually fell after you became governor. What were your actions? You lied to the people.
Where are the county extension officers who rode around on motorcycles providing artificial insemination services? Yo stated that you would build a fish factory in Kanyakine, but Kiraitu, your government is acquiring the fish factory from the people. Mr. Kimathi can tell you.
You are aware of the conflicts that are taking place in Kanyakine, your home. And you’ve noticed that when I mention a banana factory, I’ve not mentioned Central Imenti, Tigania-West, or North Imenti, nor the bananas that are available. When we mention a fish factory, we assume that there is no other in Meru. You said you would initiate grape farming in Nyambene. It is true that Kiunjuri was not wrong when he said that he held a meeting with you and an agreed that you should divide the Money meant for Miraa.
It was something you had thought off because you used part of the money to plant macadamia, avocados and grapes. Now that the part of the money was used and the plants were never brought, the people of Nyambene should show us a land where Kiraitu has planted grapes.

I recall Hon. Mbijiwe and Peter Munya going to Mwanganthia for the same reason when Munya was the trade minister. Where is the avocado and mango factory, Kiraitu? If they aren’t available, you’re a liar.
You said that you would support Miraa producers with extension services to improve production. When you became governor, you issued a statement with Mwangi Kiunjuri in which you stated that you wanted people to replace Miraa with avocado and macadamia instead of looking for ways to expand miraa production in Buuri-Nchoroiboro, Central Imenti, and South Imenti.
You contradicted yourself, and it was a lie. You did nothing about Miraa. You said you would establish a miraa marketing system to ensure there is more money to the farmers. Kiraitu while in Nairobi, you said you would open the miraa market in 14 days. How long has your day become?
Tell us one thing you’ve established besides beating up young men selling miraa in Maua and having them evicted from the streets by your officers. Is it necessary to charge high fees in order to promote Miraa? Vehicles transporting miraa were burned in Lamu, resulting in a lack of miraa sales in Machakos and denied entry into Kitui. This occurred while you were seated in the council of governors, as well as another time when you were at the department of water and agriculture.
When you were seated next to Kimemia, the chairman of governors in Mt. Kenya, he stated that Miraa would not be consumed in Nyandarua while making a pressing statement. You remained silent and all you did was move your spectacles backwards, yet you claim to be assisting the Miraa business.
If you truly care about miraa farmers, your heritage hotel should not have no miraa chewing warnings yet you claim that you’ll look for a miraa market. You said you would initiate miraa processing and value addition through research. What I’m curious about is what you did to process Miraa. Miraa cannot be consumed as juice, and the sweetness of miraa is obtained through chewing. However, we see the warnings at your heritage hotel that you must spit it out before entering. As a result, You’ve never processed anything.
You said would build a 5 star hotel in Meru national park. The years 2017/2018, 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2020/2021, and 2021/2022 have come and gone. Will you do all what you said in your manifesto and build a five star hotel? I know you will come out and tell people it was due to COVID-19. President Uhuru Kenyatta said that despite the presence of COVID-19 pandemic, road and building construction works should not stop inorder for the people to find work.
In page 19 of your manifesto, you said you will establish a well resourced Meru educational fund, MEF, with a minimal of Ksh 100 million per year to provide bursaries to the poor needy and bright students, through ward development boards. Kiraitu’s board committee members can be found in each ward. If residents can ask them about the whereabouts of the Ksh 100 million received from Kiraitu in the first, second, third, and fourth years, I’m confident there isn’t any.
A person is a liar if he speaks about something that does not exist. Because there was no Ksh 100 million, we will declare Kiraitu a liar. You cheated.

When Kawira joined PNU in March 2017 while Mary Mwiti stepped down, you met at Nkabune Technical Training Institute and welcomed her as your daughter. You said you’d be together in Jubilee. When you went to the nominations, you wanted to finish her so that Kajuju would pass and Kajuju would be thrown out.
However, because Kawira was a genius, she ran as an independent candidate and became the Meru County Women Representative. If you were given the opportunity to do what Kawira has done in Meru County, Kiraitu Murungi, you would only be able to help the Meru child in a span of three terms.
