A 26 year old woman is reported to have stabbed her three step children to death before taking poison.
The Vihiga woman ,a mother of two children, is reported to have stabbed the co-wives three children under unknown reasons. After doing the heinous act, the woman decided to hang herself in her house.
Both were minors whose years are: the eldest child was a grade one girl, 7 years old.
The second one was a boy aged 5 years and the third one was 2 years old.
The children’s mother had gone to church and had left them in the hands of the stepmother and grandfather.
Hellen Atieno, mother of the deceased, is said to have fainted on spot after hearing the sad news.
It is also reported that the grandfather was doing some planting when she was called only to be told the sad news.
It was also said that the woman also attempted to kill but she did not manage.
