Currently, deputy president William Ruto is in close door meeting with a section of leaders from Mount Kenya region. This meeting is taking place in Nanyuki as per the report from Ruto’s right-hand men
But questions have been raised as a number of his allies failed to attend the meeting. Others passed their apology and others failed to attend without reason.
Gatundu South Member of Parliament Hon Moses Kuria is among those who failed to attend without apology. This comes at a time when allegations are spreading claiming that he’s on his way out of TangaTanga.
Nyeri Town member of parliament Hon Wambugu Ngunjiri has shared a list of 43 members of parliament who are not in Ruto’s meeting. This is only a different of two from those who are in meeting with Deputy President William Ruto.
According to Ngunjiri, Ruto’s popularity is lowering in Mount Kenya as witnessed by the number of MPs who attended his meeting.
