At least seven civilians, including four children, were killed Thursday in new bombings by government forces in Idlib, a province in northwestern Syria and the country’s last major stronghold of rebels and jihadists, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The bomber struck shortly after noon in the village of Iblin, south of Idlib, injuring several people, some of them seriously, according to the Observatory, which has a large network of sources across Syria.Remaining Time-0:00FullscreenMute
