During a planning meeting of the team from the Forum of Parliaments of Member States of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region up (FP-ICGLR), that is in Lusaka-Zambia to monitor the upcoming polls.
Senate Speaker Kenneth Lusaka who is the President of the FP-ICGLR was briefed by the Secretariat of forum led by Secretary General Hon Onyango Kakoba on the preparations they have put in place ahead of the general elections scheduled to be held next week on Thursday.
Speaker Lusaka is leading the Election Observation Mission of FP-ICGLR in his capacity as President of the forum that brings together Parliaments from 12 countries in the Great Lakes Region.
