In Moscow , the suspect in the murder of gay Roman Yedalov at the Kursk railway station erupted from the Basmani courtroom during the break, the LOATKI organization Stimul reported, citing lawyer Aorti.
The jury was to decide whether or not Anton Bereznoy was guilty, who, although he escaped, left his identity in court. The Stimul organization pointed out that Bereznoye has been banned from leaving for more than six months.
In February, jurors ruled that Bereznoi was not guilty of the murder. However, the appellate court reviewed this decision and the case is being re-examined
The murder took place in June 2019, just outside the main entrance of the train station. The criminal attacked two men with a knife. Yevgeny Efimov was slightly injured, but Yedalov, who covered his friend with his body, left his last breath on the spot. Survivor Efimov said the perpetrator attacked them, shouting insulting remarks about their sexual orientation.
