Ten male KCSE students from Anestar Bahati Boys in Nakuru county were arrested after breaking into a girls’ school late at night.
The boys, whose mission is unknown, are said to have sneaked into Anestar Precious Girls secondary school on the night of Thursday, April 8.
The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) confirmed the students’ arrest and detention at the Githioro Police Station in a tweet.
The ten candidates were apprehended after the girls raised the alarm.
Police had to shoot in the air to scare away the defiant boys, according to DCI.
