Donkey kicks are an exercise that stimulates the thighs and shoulders and what it requires is to kick your buttocks.

Donkey kicks line your legs and strengthen your hips. They also help in stretching the hip flexor muscles. At the same time, the muscles around them and your abs work.

How to do it:

In a mattress, place your arms parallel to your shoulders and legs and parallel to your hips. Make sure your back is firm and straight, in short you can stabilize a glass of water on top.

Position your chin slightly down so that the back of your neck is facing the ceiling. Without moving your spine, tighten your lower abdomen.

Holding a 90-degree angle to the knees, lift it firmly upwards. The maximum height you need to reach is just before your back starts or when your hips start to sway.

When you are finished, return to the starting position and repeat the movement with the other leg, at least 15 times and with 20 repetitions.
