How much do you have to exercise to look younger

Must read

We know very well that exercise can have many positive effects on both our body and our health.

But did you know that the benefits of exercise do not end there?

Complete 200 minutes of exercise a week – about 30 minutes each day or 60 minutes three times a week – and you’ll get rid of 10 years of your biological age, according to scientists at King’s College London.

Many scientists believe that aging is due to telomeres (the ends of chromosomes in white blood cells).

This is because they normally get shorter as we get older. According to a study, the telomeres of people who exercise regularly have the same length as those who are 10 years younger.

This translates into a better cardiovascular system, stronger muscles and bones and a reduced risk of cancer and heart disease.
