President Uhuru Kenyatta arrived at Minjila in Garsen, Tana River County, to officially open the 114km Garsen-Witu-Lamu road on his way to Lamu County to preside over the operationalization of the first berth of the new Lamu Port.
The road will facilitate the movement of cargo in and out of the new Shs310 billion deep sea port.
