Ronaldo is not returning to Portugal

Must read

Famous manager Jorge Mendes has stated that Cristiano Ronaldo will not return to Sporting Lisbon, as “his career plans do not go through Portugal”.

The “Lions” won the championship and will participate in the Champions League winning the title after 19 years, and Ronaldo’s mother, Dolores Aveiro, according to AMPE, said that she will “try to convince” the Juventus superstar to return .

However, Mendes has denied a possible return to Portugal’s “Verdiblancos”, even though Ronaldo has already entered the last year of his contract with Juventus, while rumors continue about a future away from Turin.

“Cristiano is proud of the title Sporting has won, as shown publicly,” Mendes told the Record. “But at the moment his career plans are not going through Portugal,” he added.

Ronaldo started his career at Sporting Lisbon and moved to Manchester United in 2003, before joining Real Madrid six years later.
